Piece tightness checking (1)

Checking station for flange piece tightness as well as piece loading, flawless piece detection and unloading, is carried out in one position. In AL-profile basic supporting table, complete measuring station, control system and electrical fuse board is installed. There is automatically controlled protective frame over the table. The product is manually inserted into device, pneumatically clamped and sealed. Having been pressure-tested, flawless piece is automatically marked by removable pneumatic punch. Blocking lock as a part of the whole control procedure, enables flawed piece isolation.
