Measuring device for piston ring working surface control

From 32mm to 145 mm wide and from 1mm to 5mm high piston rings are placed on surface table. On exact moving mechanism cone, surface removal is made by scanning head through slow vertical movement. After measuring cycle completion, measuring unit is moved back to initial position. In that way, measured ring surface parameters, e.g. ring axis angle, rate shape deviations, curvature, etc., are analysed.
The analysis is made by AMS AM6 electronics through 6.5-inch diagonal coloured LCD display. The station is connected to internal LAN net. There is also the printer in the workplace.
